We are now looking for people to join our experienced SEM team in Stockholm. We have an average of 8 years of experience working with Google Ads and are searching for a SEM Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search.
Rocket revenue and 56K are together looking for an entrepreneurial type of person who is suited to working in a small team environment and wants to contribute to building and growing our company. You should have a positive attitude and drive to learn and develop.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client business goals into a comprehensive paid media strategy with measurable KPI:s.
- Collaborate transparently with clients, guiding them confidently toward elevated performance marketing.
- Own, execute and optimize PPC campaigns (primarily Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses and scale successful tests.
Ideal candidate
- Demonstrated experience in Google Ads.
- Hungry to find and keep up to date with new industry technologies and tools to ensure new opportunities are tested and implemented where appropriate.
- Proven track record in executing sophisticated and successful search media plans and strategies.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple work requests and projects in our company wide tools.
- Outstanding analytical skills, data-driven approach. Proficiency in Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, xlookups and general data management).
- Understanding of where paid search fits in the online and offline marketing mix.
- A team player who contributes with ideas, feedback and positive energy.
Requirements
- Full Google Ads and GA4 Certification.
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (verbal and written), additional languages are advantageous.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Search Marketing with proven track record in PPC, both hands-on operational level experience as well as strategic planning.
Nice to haves
- Knowledge and experience in technical areas like programming (e.g JavaScript, Python, PHP), basic scraping and Google Ads-scripts.
- Knowledge and experience in other digital areas (SOME, SEO, Analytics, Tag manager, CRO/UX, SA360, Programmatic).
